The Football Association will hear Robbie Keane's appeal against his red card against Birmingham City on Tuesday. Keane was dismissed during Sunday's 3-2 defeat to Birmingham at White Hart Lane following a challenge on midfielder Fabrice Muamba.
The Irishman expressed his disappointment with the decision and Spurs boss Juande Ramos also felt the red card was harsh.
Spurs have lodged an appeal against the three-match ban with the FA, and the matter will be heard on Tuesday.
An FA statement read: "The FA has received a claim for wrongful dismissal from Tottenham's Robbie Keane.
"A regulatory commission will consider the claim on Tuesday 5th December."
