Tottenham and PSG have a deal in place for Serge Aurier.
L'Equipe says the two clubs have agreed on a fee of €25m for the Ivory Coast international, who has also settled on personal terms.
Spurs must now wait for Aurier to be granted a work permit. The defender is appealing against a suspended jail sentence handed down for an alleged assault on a police officer.
Aurier would arrive at Spurs Lodge as a replacement for Kyle Walker, now of Manchester City.
