Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United currently plotting a move for Besiktas star Cenk Tosun, according to reports from the Daily Mail.
Tosun scored a stunning 27 goals last season for Besiktas and as a result, the 26-year-old had attracted the interest from the likes of Crystal Palace and Newcastle United during the summer transfer window.
Regarding Newcastle and Palace's interest, Tosun was quoted telling Turkish-Football: "Crystal Palace offered €13.5m on transfer deadline day.
"Had they made the bid a week earlier I would be playing in the Premier league right now. I would only leave Besiktas if I made my club money and if the circumstances are right.
"Now I'm focused on winning my third consecutive league title, playing Champions League football and focusing on international football."
Having stayed put at Besiktas, Tosun has enjoyed a bright start to the season this year as well and now according to reports, even Tottenham Hotspur have registered an interest in the Turkish international.
