Achille Emana's agent has cooled reports linking the Real Betis star with possible moves to Tottenham and Blackburn. The Cameroon international's agent Sebastien Thiery insists he has had no contact with either Spurs or Rovers.

"Emana has enjoyed a great season with Betis and it is normal that there is interest from clubs in England, Italy and Spain," Thiery told skysports.com.

"But at the moment I have had no contact with any clubs including Tottenham and Blackburn.

"Emana is under contract at Betis and he is focusing on them until the end of the season."

Thiery admitted Emana does have a £18million buy-out clause in his contract if any club wants to lure him away from Betis.

"It is true that Emana has a £18million buy-out clause in his contract at Betis and I believe they are keen to keep him at the club," added Thiery.
