Tottenham midfielder Rafael van der Vaart admits Villa Park has special memories for him.
Van der Vaart has been a huge success at White Hart Lane following his £8m switch from Real Madrid.
And he is planning to start his first festive programme in England with victory against Aston Villa on Sunday - when he makes his first return to Villa Park since Holland and England played out a scoreless draw there in 2005.
He said: "I'm looking forward to going there because I played there against England and it's a really nice stadium.
"And when we played Villa at home it was a really good game.
"We won but it was a hard game. I love to be here. It's a great team and it's all new. I'm still excited to be playing every game in the Premier League."
