Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker says Emmanuel Adebayor has been a joy to play with.

Despite trouble following him to Manchester City, Tottenham midfielder Parker reckons the 27-year-old's image is unfair.

England international Parker, a summer signing from West Ham, said: "He has a good vibe about him and a good mood.

"He is one of those happy-go-lucky characters and always someone who is a joy to be around.

"I hear people talk about baggage, but we have not seen that since the day I have been here.

"I think he is a world-class player and we have all seen that since he has been here."
