Tottenham midfield ace Luka Modric says there's no chance of him pulling out of a tackle.
Lee Bowyer's tackle in Spurs' 2-1 win over Birmingham in August broke Modric's leg and resulted in the diminutive midfielder spending a lengthy spell on the treatment table.
Modric told the Daily Star: "I'm ready for the physical side of the game. I don't fear tackles - don't see it as a problem. It's part of football.
"Some players might target me but I don't think about that. I just focus on my game, I don't think any player goes into a tackle with bad intentions.
"Sometimes you can get a bad injury like Eduardo or Aaron Ramsey - but no professional would want to injure a fellow pro.
"I'm used to the physical aspect now. I feel great and have no problems. I work every day on my conditioning in the gym and I'm stronger because I'm playing tough games every week."
