Tottenham ace Kranjcar: Barcelona pair Xavi, Messi best I have faced

Tottenham ace Niko Kranjcar admits Barcelona stars Lionel Messi and Xavi are the best players he's faced.

Kranjcar regularly plays against some of the world's best in the Premier League. Yet the two top men he selects were met at international level.

"Lionel Messi and Xavi," he tells hotspur magazine. "I played against Messi in an international friendly and his footballing ability is amazing, particularly his dribbling at pace and the precision of his finishing.

"I also really admire Xavi because of the way he dictates games and has been with the same club (Barcelona) since he was young."
