Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe is desperate to end his scoring drought.
One positive for Defoe is that his goal drought cannot be blamed on any lifestyle excesses.
"I live my life right," he told the Mirror. "I don't drink, I don't smoke. I still sleep in an altitude tent three days before a game. I eat the right things and I prepare well before games. I still use Cryotherapy and I'm going to start doing yoga and pilates.
"You have to. These are important times for the club. We want to achieve something. We're in the last 16 of the Champions League and want to go further so everything has to be right.
"And I know that if you start doubting yourself it can become difficult.
"But I never doubt myself."
