Tottenham winger Gareth Bale says their clash with Manchester United will be a good yardstick.

Victory at Old Trafford earlier in the season will give them confidence for Sunday's big clash, insists Bale.

"That win stood us in good stead," said the Welshman. "It gave us confidence and belief to do what we've done so far this season. We're all looking forward to United. It's a big test and will show where we are as a team."
