Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino feels that the North London club is a great destination for players who are ambitious and love their football.

The Argentine added that the prime motivation of most of his players is not money but their passion for the game instead.

Pochettinoo was speaking of summer signings Vincent Janssen, Victor Wanyama, Moussa Sissoko and Georges-Kevin N'Koudou when he said: "Our power is not on the financial side.

"Our power is our facilities, the way we play, it is in the way our supporters show passion.

"I think Tottenham is a very big club for players that have passion and want to play not only for money but to achieve things and enjoy football.

"Maybe we need to ask people outside Tottenham, but we feel inside that in the last (transfer window) Tottenham is a very special team for players who want to enjoy football.

"I can tell you that the players we have are not motivated only for money. That is very important. They feel they want to play for Tottenham.

"I feel the squad we have today, because it was the case with Sissoko, Vincent Janssen, Victor Wanyama, Harry Kane, Lloris and Eriksen, maybe they have a very good offer from another club and they decided to stay here or maybe come here for less money."
