Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp faces competition from Inter Milan for Brazil midfielder Sandro.
The Mail on Sunday says Spurs manager Harry Redknapp has decided to pursue £8million Sandro after cooling his interest in West Ham defender Matthew Upson due to the excellent form of Michael Dawson.
Sandro, who would add steel to the Spurs midfield, plays for Brazilian side Internacional and is waiting to see what manager Jose Mourinho offers at Inter before making up his mind.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy will not allow Redknapp to sign any players in the transfer window without selling but has been spearheading the chase for Sandro's signature himself.
