Chelsea's Fernando Torres believes the London club have a 50-50 chance of taking down English rivals Manchester United in the Champions League. The pair face off in the quarter-finals of Europe's premier club competition, with the first leg being held at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday, April 6.
Torres says he would love to take on a Spanish club in the next stage but it all depends on the gilt-edged United tie.
He also put in his two pence worth about the fortunes of fellow Londoners Tottenham who have Real Madrid in their quarter-final.
"I think it depends on whether or not we get past Manchester United in the quarter-finals, which is 50-50," he told Spanish daily AS.
"I would love to play in the European Cup final, with Chelsea, against a Spanish side.
"Real Madrid are the favourites to win, although it is not going to be easy," Torres added.
"That is more 60-40. The Whites are going to have to play really well to beat Tottenham, who have some great players like (Luka) Modric, (Gareth) Bale and (Aaron) Lennon."
