Though he has hardly featured under Juande Ramos, Real Madrid fullback Miguel Torres says he prefers working under the new coach.

Torres said: "I have respect for Bernd Schuster, but my qualities benefit more from the working methods of Juande. We're working on defensive movements, and despite not playing, I'm going well.

"If I can play four or five games in a row, I can find a good level. I can use my versatility. I am ready to play on the right, left or in the centre of defence. On the left I have played many times and I have always been comfortable."
