French attacker Eric Hassli will remain with Toronto FC for at least another season after the Canadian club picked up the option on his contract.
The 31-year old joined the Reds from Vancouver Whitecaps in July in exchange for a first-round pick in the 2014 MLS SuperDraft and will now stick around at BMO Field for the 2013 season.
Hassli, who will become a Designated Player at Toronto, scored three goals in seven appearances following his summer shift as injuries restricted his output.
