Torino are ready to snap up Udinese midfielder Giampiero Pinzi.
Pinzi is set to move to the Granata in a co-ownership agreement, despite rival interest from Lazio.
The experienced midfielder will arrive as a replacement for Vince Grella, who is moving to England.
