Torino and Sampdoria are chasing Almirante Brown striker Sebastian Ariel Penco.

The 23 year-old is regarded as one of the most exciting talents in the Argentine Second Division and can count on family in Italy.

Torino and Samp are keen to snap up Penco, whose contract is part-owned by local investors.
