Torino president Urbano Cairo is considering a bid for Manchester City striker Rolando Bianchi.
Leggo says Cairo is aware that Bianchi is unsettled and wants to bring the former Reggina striker back to Serie A when the market reopens in January.
Torino know it will take around £7 million to convince City to sell.
