Torino president Urbano Cairo has revealed they've signed permanently wing-back Matteo Rubin.

Rubin was in co-ownership with Cittadella and Cairo said: "I thank the Cittadella president, Angelo Gabrielli, for his excellent work in this process.

"Rubin is now 100 per cent a Torino player."
