Torino president Urbano Cairo has revealed they're close to securing star man Alessandro Rosina to a new contract.

Leggo says Rosina's agents are in advanced talks with Torino over a deal through to 2012 and Cairo beamed: "We've been talking for a few days now.

"We've always believed in this wonderful talent. We must overcome some minor details, but we will find an agreement."

Rosina's wages are expected to jump from £140,000-a-year to £250,000-a-year.
