Torino president Urbano Cairo has assured coach Walter Novellino he retains his full confidence.

After their 0-0 draw with Lazio, Cairo said: "Novellino remains with us throughout this season and also next season.

"Dismissing the coach is not always the solution, Novellino has my total confidence."
