Torino president Urbano Cairo has urged fans to back coach Walter Novellino.

After yesterday's 1-1 draw with Siena, Novellino's team were booed from the field by Toro fans.

"We must stay calm," said Cairo. "Even if Jose Mourinho is available, I wouldn't take him.

"We're not preoccupied with the derby against Juventus. Before then, we must teach ourselves to win again."
