Torino president Urbano Cairo has hailed coach Sinisa Mihajlovic's work this season.

Toro are level with Inter on 11 points from seven rounds.

“We started this project five years ago and I'd say it is going very well," Cairo told Radio Bibisi.

“Mihajlovic is a very sanguine Coach, someone who has guts. We often speak on the phone at night, so we're basically planning 24 hours a day.

“At times we fantasise about the Torino of the future. I really care for this club, as my mother was always a big fan.

“Now we have to keep our feet on the ground, but have every intention of creating something truly special. The most important thing is to aim beyond our limitations."
