Torino are offering £6 million for Manchester City striker Rolando Bianchi.
The Italian club want to take the striker on loan for the rest of the season before wrapping up a permanent move in the summer.
Lazio are also closely monitoring the situation and could make a rival bid if their Serie A rivals fail to seal a deal.
Bianchi's representatives have flown into England to discuss his future with Blues boss Sven Goran Eriksson, says the Daily Mail.
And they expect to be given the green light to arrange a move for Bianchi back to his home country.
