Mancini has complained in several interviews that not enough local players are being used in Serie A, with coaches preferring imported figures.
“He should've thought about that earlier, seeing as his Inter had no Italians at all," Petrachi told RMC Sport.
“We should remember what happened in the past. The Italian system is broken down, there need to be rules made and above all respected.
“It got worse and worse over the years, now there are too many politicians in charge of Calcio and not enough who know about football. If you don't make sure the rules are respected, our sport will not have a bright future."
