Torino concede defeat in push for Cagliari midfielder Cigarini

Torino admit they're struggling to strike a deal for Napoli midfielder Luca Cigarini.

The Granata had publicly expressed an interest in the midfielder recently, but they aren’t confident of bringing him to Turin.

“His name has been mentioned, but I don’t think he will arrive,” Toro President Urbano Cairo said.

“I don’t believe that the player wants to take a step down in Division.”
