Torino coach Mihajlovic remains unhappy in victory

Torino coach Sinisa Mihajlovic is demanding more from his players after victory over Crotone.

Andrea Belotti stuck twice in the 2-0 win.

“In the end it was a deserved victory, even if we ran far too many risks and suffered too much," the Coach told Sky Sport Italia.

“In the first half our possession was sterile, then our quality emerged. I knew it was a difficult game, but more than Crotone I was afraid of Torino.

“As time wore on, we emerged from our shells and took our chances. You can't always win with five goals and need to improve on our travels.

“We'll enjoy these three points, but then focus on Chievo, as if we don't win next Saturday then this victory will be meaningless.

“I am not happy with the performance, regardless of the result. I have always tried to give my teams a European mentality, playing for the win at all times. The quality of their football is down to the players and they deserve the credit."

Despite scoring 10 goals in Serie A this season, Mihajlovic had advice for Belotti.

“He has to work with the same attitude that allowed him to get into the Nazionale and remember that in football only the most recent goal matters, not all you've done before. He was too sluggish in the first half today."
