Aston Villa legend Tony Daley is backing the club's spurned England trio to bounce back.
Ex-England and Villa winger Daley is delighted that his former club are well represented in the initial squad, but reckons the absentees will bounce back stronger next season.
"Gabby Agbonlahor, Ashley Young and Stewart Downing were all unlucky not to be in the provisional squad, so they will be disappointed not to be going to the training camp," he told the Birmingham Mail.
"Playing in a major tournament is one of the biggest achievements a footballer can dream of so it is upsetting if you miss out.
"But those three lads are young enough to know that they can get another chance if they work hard enough."
