The agent of Luca Toni insists the Bayern Munich striker is not in talks with Roma.

"I do not know Jose Alberti and I am the only one to represent Toni," insisted Tullio Tinti on Romanews.eu.

"His words were completely untrue and I am taking legal action to bar him from speaking about a situation he has nothing to do with.

"He has no right to talk about Toni because he is not qualified and has no connection with him whatsoever.
