Tom Cleverley is expected to start for Manchester United tonight in the Carling Cup.
The midfielder had several private training sessions last week, but failed to make the derby defeat to Manchester City.
Instead, Cleverley will play against Aldershot tonight in his first game since suffering an ankle injury against Bolton Wanderers.
