Cheick Tiote has made it clear that he is happy at Newcastle United amidst reports of a potential summer exit.
It is believed that Russian outfit Lokomotiv Moscow have targeted the hard-tackling Ivory Coast midfielder but Tiote insists he wants to remain at St James’ Park, at least for the time being.
"I have a contract with Newcastle. Unless they want to do business with another club, I will be a Newcastle player,” said the former FC Twente man.
"I do enjoy the Premier League and want to play there for many years, but you never know in football."
