Timo Hildebrand has broken his silence over his deteriorating situation at Valencia.

The Germany international goalkeeper said on his personal website: "The club has shown in recent weeks that they do not regard me useful for the team. Or rather, not up to anything.

"I've tried to do my best in these two months without ever being discouraged. The result was a piece of the game against the Azira, a friendly, when my companions were playing with their national teams.

"I wanted to meet with the leadership and coach, but nothing has changed. The team is first in the standings, I'm happy for the club but absolutely dissatisfied with my professional situation."
