Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has been hired as a global brand ambassador for Swiss watch brand Cecil Purnell, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. Ancelotti has signed a three-year deal to endorse the brand and assist in the design of a range of limited edition timepieces each year.
TSZ Global brokered the deal, which was formalised in Madrid on Thursday.
Ancelotti, who is said to be an avid watch enthusiast, said he was "looking forward" to the role, while Jonathan Purnell, who founded the company in his grandfather's name added: "Carlo is a true gentleman who shares a passion and respect for his craft.
"He is the best in his field and his fortitude as well as integrity will be welcomed by the brand. This promises to be an exciting partnership".
