USA defender Tim Ream is getting used to his celebrity with Bolton Wanderers.

Ream says he gets stopped by fans every couple of days when out shopping in Bolton - instead of once a month in the Big Apple.

Ream, 24, said: "I'm getting used to the new surroundings and I think people are getting used to me.

"Every couple of days I get stopped in the street. It's not that hard to spot an American in Bolton - the accents are very different!

"It's different than being in New York and being recognised every couple of weeks."
