Disgraced golf star Tiger Woods has offered his support to West Ham United goalkeeper Robert Green.

Green has received backing from Woods after his England howler.

Golf's world No 1 watched the 1-1 draw with the USA and admitted: "Our goal was a gift but I hope the goalkeeper gets another chance to play - we all make mistakes."
