A trio of players have withdrawn from the Socceroos squad that will face Kuwait in Canberra on Thursday.

Melbourne Victory pair Danny Allsopp (facial injury) and Billy Celeski (hip) and Adelaide United's Scott Jamieson (foot) will miss the Asian Cup qualifier.

All three played in Saturday night's A-League grand final but were deemed unfit after a routine medical assessment.
