Thomson leaves Chester for Inverness Caley return

Malcolm Thomson has quit his job at Chester City to return to Inverness Caley as manager Craig Brewster's new No2.

"I've enjoyed my time in England, but when the chance came to join Brew again, I had to take it," he said.

Meanwhile, Brewster has told midfielder Alan Morgan he is free to leave the club. The 24-year-old's contract will not be renewed when it expires in January.
