West Bromwich Albion winger Jerome Thomas says they should be chasing a European place this season.
The winger, 27, even believes he could force himself into Fabio Capello's England plans.
And who would bet against him or the Baggies after their stunning 3-2 win at Arsenal last Saturday?
Thomas insisted: "It's not crazy to suggest we can qualify for Europe. I've got a hell of a lot of confidence and belief in our side.
"We're fearless so why not target a top-seven or eight finish this season?"
West Brom have been a yo-yo club.
But Thomas, who netted against the Gunners, insists it is time for that to change.
He added: "This West Brom side should aim higher than staying up.
"I'm looking at Birmingham and think it's not too much to expect us to accomplish what they did last season - or more."
