West Bromwich Albion winger Jerome Thomas feels they're capable of winning silverware next season.
Roy Hodgson himself is no stranger to cup success after guiding his Fulham team all the way to the Europa League Final the season before last.
Thomas told the WBA website: "I think with the influence Roy's had and his experience, the way the season went, the right signings in the summer and a bit of luck, we can definitely push to stay in mid-table next season and not be in the relegation battle - and maybe push even higher.
"In the cups we've seen Birmingham do it and how well Stoke did.
"There is no way you can tell me those two teams are better than us.
"Of course that's something we can aim for next season.
"The influence Roy's having, his experience and hopefully some additions to the squad in the summer mean it's definitely something we can push for - I'm looking forward to it."
