New Inter Milan owner Erick Thohir says they'll meet to discuss transfer plans next month.
Thohir and his Indonesian associates have bought a 70 per cent share in the Nerazzurri from President Massimo Moratti.
"I'll meet with Moratti and boss Walter Mazzarri in the middle of November to discuss our plans for signings," he told Republika.
"During that meeting, we'll also talk about the plan with regards to youngsters.
"When it comes to kids, everything has to be gradual. There needs to be mature players in the first team. This, however, doesn't mean that I'm not looking at Under-19 players.
"Everything has to be done with patience and with certainty."
