Representatives of Indonesian billionaire Erick Thohir say he's ready to "close" a deal for Inter Milan. Thohir is in talks with Inter president Massimo Moratti about buying into - possibly to takeover - the club.

"We are ready to close, respecting the history of Inter," Thohir advisor Anthony Macri told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"Erick is looking for the right formula to convince Massimo Moratti. Bringing with him a group of entrepreneurs from Indonesia.

"Thohir wants to know all about Inter and the will of its fans. Erick is not in a hurry. Inter does not want it done tomorrow, has not set a date to conclude or otherwise abandon the deal.

"We'll wait as long as necessary, whether days or months."
