Contracts are expected to be signed on Friday which will see Erick Thohir take a controlling stake in Inter Milan.

Gazzetta dello Sport says terms were struck last Wednesday in Paris when Inter president Massimo Moratti met face-to-face with the Indonesian billionaire.

Thohir will be in Milan on Thursday, accompanied by his partners, Roslan Roeslani and Handy Soetedejo, and forms will be signed the following day which will see 70 per cent of the club go to the Indonesian.

The final transfer of shares won't happen until the end October when a Shareholders' Meeting will be held.

The Moratti family will maintain a presence on the Inter board, though the available seats will be slashed from six to three.
