Stoke City have accepted a bid from West Ham United for Marko Arnautovic.

The Austrian handed in a transfer request last week and has since been the subject of two rejected bids from the Hammers.

City knocked back offers of £15m and £20m, but have now accepted a bid of £24m for the 28-year old.

Sky Sports understands that there is still some work to do for the deal to be completed, however, Arnautovic has already said goodbye to his teammates and the club's staff.
