Everton star Tim Cahill is confident that things have turned for the club after a poor start to the Premier League season. The Toffees are undefeated in their past four outings, which includes wins over Birmingham away and Liverpool in the Merseyside derby, seeing them climb from 17th to mid-table.
Following the 1-1 draw with Tottenham at White Hart Lane on Saturday, Cahill said that things were looking much better for Everton after losing three of their first five.
"It was an awful start but we tried to maintain our football and carry on playing well," Cahill told the club's official website.
"We looked at the mistakes we made and we try to work on it. Sometimes you try your hardest and doesn't happen.
"But we kept knocking on the door and eventually it turned for us."
