PSG defender Thiago Silva has made it clear he wants the club to sign Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney.

Roo's future at Old Trafford has been plunged into doubt after he slapped in a SECOND transfer request towards the end of the season.

Defender Silva said: "I love this player.

"Whenever I have played against him he has scored. I would really like Rooney to sign for PSG.

"He would be a quality addition for us."
