Stoke City are splashing out big today.
Mark Hughes has had a stunning late bid to sign Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi rejected.
The Stoke boss, who is keen to land a striker and a midfielder before tonight's deadline, is understood to have tabled a £20million offer, says the Mirror.
The written offer is understood to have gone in on Sunday morning before the Potters' move for West Brom's Saido Berahino.
