Michael Theoklitos was confined to the substitutes bench as Norwich City put their opening day League One disaster behind them.

The Canaries overcame Yeovil Town 4-0 in the Carling Cup first round clash at Huish Park thanks to a second-half hat-trick from Grant Holt.

After losing 7-1 to Colchester United on the weekend, Norwich boss Bryan Gunn had to make changes and former Melbourne Victory shot-stopper Michael Theoklitos was dropped from the side and replaced by Ben Alnwick.
