Manchester City fans are taking up season tickets in record numbers.
The Manchester Evening News says City are on course to have a record 36,000 seasoncard holders in the Eastlands stands for the first home Premier League game against Wolves on August 22.
Supporters have been keen to book their seats to see Mark Hughes' stars push for glory over the coming months.
And the headline-grabbing £25m capture of Carlos Tevez - coupled with the signings of Emmanuel Adebayor, Roque Santa Cruz and Gareth Barry - has accelerated the Blue boom.
Seasoncard sales have already rocketed past the 28,200 sold for last season, Hughes' first in charge at Eastlands.
And club officials have revealed that the daily rate of season-ticket sales has trebled since Carlos Tevez signed.
