Carlos Tevez is delighted over his relationship with Manchester City fans.
Now with talk of a new deal in the pipeline, Tevez, 28, is enjoying a much quieter existence.
He said: "I'm settled again at the club. I'm getting back love from the fans again too and that's important for me.
"Nobody kicked me out. It was my decision to leave the club because I didn't want to train with the reserve team. I deserved what happened with the fans but I'm winning them back today.
"It's hard to reverse a love-hate relationship to love again, you know.
"I will play two or three more years in Europe and then return to Argentina."
