Carlos Tevez is confident Juventus will continue to improve.

Juve had to fight hard to see off Hellas Verona on Sunday.

Tevez said: "We're working hard and you can see the results out there on the pitch.

"We know that expectations are high, but we'll need patience to allow us to improve even more."
